These Terms of Use govern access to the Pre-Hospital Classroom document portal (the “Portal”). By using the Portal you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the documents

The documents provided are templatesrequiring organisation-specific review, approval and implementation. Automatic personalisation inserts the information you supply but does not confirm that the documents are suitable, complete or compliant for your organisation's particular services.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate organisation information.
• Review every generated and edited document before use.
• Ensure documents are approved by your responsible person, registered manager, nominated individual or appropriate governance lead before implementation.

3. Licensing and ownership

Master templates remain the intellectual property of The Pre-Hospital Classroom. You are granted a licence to personalise and use documents included in your purchased package for your own organisation. You may not redistribute or resell the templates.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update templates and features from time to time.

5. Limitation

Personalisation and editing tools do not constitute legal, regulatory or clinical-governance approval. You remain responsible for compliance.
