This notice explains how The Pre-Hospital Classroom handles personal and organisational data within the document portal.

Data we hold

• Account details: your name, email and role.
• Organisation profile: the details you enter during setup.
• Uploaded content: your organisation logo and any edits you make.
• Generated and edited documents stored privately under your organisation.

How your data is stored

Files are held in private storage. Access is restricted by Row Level Security so that only members of your organisation — and portal administrators — can reach your data. Downloads use short-lived signed links.

Master templates

Master documents are stored separately and are never exposed to customers. Your personalised copies are created from them without altering the master.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us via the support page.

Retention

We retain your organisation profile and generated documents for as long as your account is active, and version history is preserved to support document control.
